Change Alliance and, its partner CSO, Partnering Hope into Action (PHIA) Foundation with support from British High Commission (BHC) and Marks and Spencer (M&S) organized a policy advocacy workshop on 3rd March 2020 at Ranchi Jharkhand with the objective of promoting responsible migration in garment supply chain in export markets with key stakeholders including the state, business thematic experts, skill development agencies and civil society organisations
On the occasion, Mr. Richard Barlow, Head- Political & Bilateral Affairs, British High Commission (BHC) emphasized that Garment industry is the second largest industry in terms of employment and building awareness with dignity. Mr. Anand Kumar Bolimera, CEO, Change Alliance stressed on the commitment of Change Alliance to work towards Human rights of migrant workers with special focus on young women in the sector.
