UNDP India and B+HR Asia partnered with Change Alliance to devise innovative approaches for greater awareness and access to remedies for women migrant workers in garment supply chains (Delhi/NCR, Jharkhand and Tamil Nadu) in the context of Business and Human Rights. The project reached 4,291 people directly for several activities through its intervention plan. It reached 1,315 women migrant workers directly by linking them with skill development, employment, and social protection scheme. In terms of indirect reach, the project impacted a total 6,575 people (1,315×5 family members = 6,575) indirectly. The total reach of the project was 10,866 people (4,291 direct + 6,575 indirect).
